The Metropolitan Apartments has an alley-facing studio unit available now! The building is located above Mr. Tux, on the same block as The Knitting Factory in downtown Spokane at 908 W. 1st Ave.

Parking is available for an additional monthly fee, on a limited basis, at the adjacent Knitting Factory garage.

Our security deposit upon move-in is $400. We do not allow pets (sorry!). Application fee is $50 per adult. Make an appointment to check us out today!
